ftF means: A term originating from the YouTuber Jreg. It describes transitioning from a lower case female to an uppercase FEMALE, by changing one's appearance from that of a normal human female, to a post-human abomination of absurdly feminine and often bimbofied proportions. This is done as a form of cisF gender affirming care.
