What does HSTS mean?
HSTS means: Homosexual Transexual, a pseudo-scientific term that is part of Blanchard's typology of transsexuals. Under his typology, Homosexual Transexuals are supposedly homosexual people who transition in order to attract straight partners. Ie. lesbians who transition to men to attract straight women, or gay men who transition to women to attract straight men.
